The Wholistic Compass is the philosophy at the heart of Kohila Sivas's work. A compass does not choose a destination for someone. It helps them orient, recognize their own true north and move with greater integrity toward what matters.
The Wholistic Compass brings together the whole person rather than reducing growth to a single behavior, score or outcome. It recognizes that body, mind, relationships, experience, environment and purpose influence one another. Useful direction emerges when those dimensions are heard together.
